Placements and Internships
- I am pursuing 1st semester of MBA. Placement is quite good here.
- Placement is quite good here. Key Companies like Grail, Evalueserve, Tata,etc. came this year. The average salary figures are around INR 4,00,000 p.a and highest till now is INR 5,50,000 p.a. Few of the companies like Naukri.com are yet to be visited.
- Internship facility is not so good. We need to arrange our internships by our own sources.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

USMS is the main campus situated in the university itself. There are 4 hostel buildings (2 for boys and 2 for girls).

Fees are INR 60,000 per year i.e., 5,000 per month. These fees include hostel and mess both.

There is a canteen with fast food available and a cafe shop. Behind the hostel buildings, there is a general store and health center.

College rooms are good with projectors in all classes and with A.C in few of the classes. There is a big Library with mostly all kinds of books available.Wi-fi is also being provided to students with an average speed of around 9mbps.There are 4 Auditoriums in the campus and basketball, tennis and badminton courts and cricket ground are well maintained.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- USMS is a govt. college affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi. First of all, you should have passed your graduation or should be in your last year of graduation to be eligible to apply for the course. After filling their application form, you will be called for the CET (Common Entrance Test). USMS is the best college under GGSIPU, so the cutoff is quite high with respect to other colleges. In general category,you should have rank under 60-70 (approx.). There is relaxation for the SC, ST, and PH candidates.
Academics and Faculty
- There is 5 days/week(Monday to Friday) study here, daily class of 6 hours. Assignments are provided by different teachers to be submitted at the announced time by the teachers. Few teachers are strict, Few have very good teaching quality. So, the faculty is good. Overall it's a good experience in the college.
Fees and Scholarships

The course fee is quite less, INR 1,30,000 (70,000 -academics + 60,000 -hostel & mess) per year.

Scholarships options are also available for relative category students and whose family incomes are very low and there is a very good scholarship for Physically Handicapped students.
Clubs and Associations

The students are well involved in different activities here. The coordinators are being chosen for different events and clubs. Also, there are so many events and programs conducted on different occasions. Anugoonj is the annual fest and Srijan is one of the college festivals. There are cricket championships , kabaddi championships, and tug of war, etc.

The overall life here is very good and attractive.

Academics & Faculty : College starts by 9 AM and ends by 5 PM. Classes are conducted regularly. The faculty is good. We are asked to give presentations in almost every subject and lots of extra curricular activities are also organized by the college where one can participate and enhance his/her experience. White boards are used as teaching medium and projectors are a part of daily life. School also offers big play ground. All the facilities are great like big library ,lovely canteen, different big blocks for different programmes and hostel facility. Labs of all kinds etc. The over all experience is great.

Academics & Faculty : Class timings are a bit early (9 AM). Which is a bit too early for students commuting from the other end of Delhi. Quality of Teaching is good, but not superb. Well every class has some good and some not so good teachers. Overall experience is very good.

Fees & Scholarships : The fees of USMS is very econbomical.Every student of MBA can afford it very easily.There is no scholarship system for the general students.
