Placements and Internships

For civil, it is hard to get an internship in the city but can be done during vacations, as well as practical teaching in college is highly beneficial during the internship as well as during job.
The college has a good network with companies and its alumni.

College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

About 4 hostels are there at Shrama Sadhana Bombay Trust's College of Engineering and Technology, [SSBTCET] Jalgaon.
Good PGs near college within 1.5 to 2 km radius.
Food in college has two options mess and canteens.
Mess food is above average while one in the canteen is good.
Infrastructure is continuously developing and college has an architect and 2 engineers involved permanently for the job.

Entrance Exams and Admissions

In a great Institute, we need great scores.
But for SSBTCET, it defines admissions for all.
Here you may get one who is by sports quota while one by educational quota for one with educational quota one needs to pass entrance exams being conducted by our govt. systems for sports or cultural quota you must be good in your art and if you are then a short visit with respective department HOD or admission in charge and Mr. Sisodiya is sufficient for admission.
I would add, do obtain every needed document for the process, as in absence of it college has to object admission to the student even if the student is highly deserving one.
Don't worry about the cutoffs, because our college believes is spreading knowledge as far as possible.

Academics and Faculty

The class timings are from 11am to 6pm.
At least 2 lectures reserved for practical teaching at Shrama Sadhana Bombay Trust's College of Engineering and Technology, [SSBTCET] Jalgaon.
And each department has at least 20% of staff as a doctorate(Ph.D.).

Fees and Scholarships

For open category students the course fee is Rs 73000, for OBC it is Rs 40000, for SC/NT/ST/TFWS it is Rs 8000.
The college provides with EBC scholarship option.
Loans are usually not needed but if necessary easily available through banks in the city due to the respect of Shrama Sadhana Bombay Trust's College of Engineering and Technology in the city.

Clubs and Associations

Campus lacks student societies as there is an unofficial ban for societies in engineering campuses in the state.
But a committee for sports and arts as well as groups for enjoyments and student welfare works nicely at SSBTCET.
The college itself have anti-ragging, women welfare, library, student welfare with active participation from staff, students, government offices, etc.
