- I don't know much about the placements. But placements here take place every year.
- In DAV College companies like HCL, Infosys, etc visit the campus.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- DAV College is one of the colleges which have a great infrastructure.
- There are two hostels. One for boys and the other for girls. If you can't afford hostel accommodation then there are many PG around the campus. The hostel fee is around Rs 1,00,000.
- Staying in PG will cost you a minimum of Rs10,000. (all expense like food clothing accounted for).
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- The eligibility criteria to get admission in DAV College, Chandigarh for B.A. program is you have to score at least 60% or above in 12th-grade.
- The typical cutoff is not fixed. It changes from time to time.
- The good news is you don't have to take up any entrance exam for admission to get into B.A. Program.
Academics and Faculty
- Class timings are from 8:30am and it ends at 4:30pm daily. But during the winter season there will be a change in the class timing. It will be delayed for everyones convenience.
- The teachers and staff are highly qualified in DAV College, Chandigarh.
Fees and Scholarships
- The course fee is Rs 20,000 per year in DAV College, Chandigarh. There is scholarships for sports, OBC, etc. Almost all the students who apply for scholarships will get it since most of the students don't opt for scholarships.
