After that according to your rank in JEE MAIN exam, you will get the respective branch. Since most of the students don't know about the vast scope of non-core branches like plastic, paint, oil etc. So people resist to come in this branch but still there are many people who know about them & the limited seats in these branches so to get admission in HBTU one must have ranked within 66000( general category) to assure your seat.
