College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- 15 hotels are here. and hostel fees is already included in the total fee of 200,000INR
- You are not allowed to live outside the campus in normal circumstances.
- All hostels have the seperate mess. Mess system is well developed and food quality is also quite good. The cost for the mess is around a Rs.1500/-par month.
- I think all cities have very good facilities of Labs, Library, Wi-Fi etc.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- It has a joint entrance exam with other cities in India.
- Entrance examinations to get into this college are JEE-Mains and JEE- Advanced.
- Cut off rank for my course is around AIR-3800 in JEE- Advanced.
Academics and Faculty
- Class routine is from 8:00am to 6:25pm. You will not have classes all the time. Classes are maximum for 5-6hour daily.
- The quality of teaching is very good because professor explains things with deep thoughts.
- My experience in college is very nice.
Fees and Scholarships
- Rs.200,000 is the course fee
- Merit -Cum-Mean (MCM) given by MHRD India.
- 500 out of 850 UG
- Some student goes loan. The loan procedure is very simple and very easy to get loan free of interest.
Clubs and Associations
- There are many student societies and clubs on campus such as FMC club, Cultural club, Hindi society, English society, Vivekananda Samiti,E-cell etc.
- Antaragni, Techkriti, Udghosh are the cultural, tech, sports festivals of IIT Kanpur.
- Life is quite good. In 1st year student try to explore these clubs and societies, then they found things of their interest and start with that. Academics is little tougher than other cities.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : I qualified the JEE advance with air 2562 and cut-off for aerospace is about 2900. The eligibility for IIT is normal where the student must come under the top 20 percentile and must clear JEE main. The student can attempt JEE only two times - First attempt after 12th Board Examinations and the last attempt after one year.
