Placements and Internships
- We don't get any internship offer from GBU, Noida.
- Only a few companies came here mostly Indians company , only 2-3 MNC's came here.
- The average salary is about 4 lacks per anum.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- It has got the best infrastructure in u.p. there are 10-12 boys hostel and 4-6 girls hostel.
- Here, in GBU, the hostel is compulsory and well maintained. Only single rooms are available here.
- Food quality is good [ hostel fee- Rs.56k including food ]
- The main thing is that every student got internet connection of 100mbps in their separated rooms.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- In short and simple ,eligibility criteria- 12th pass with minimum 60%(first division) to get admissions in Gautam Buddha University, Noida.
- GBU takes an entrance exam Called GPTU/GPT,
- I got computer science easily(365 general ranks in its entrance exam).
Academics and Faculty
- Daily routine is from 9:30 to 5:30 and 1-2 hour brake in middle of this timing
- Quality and method of teaching are good.
- My overall experience is good.
Fees and Scholarships
- Now tuition fee is about Rs.95k and hostel fee is Rs.56k(food included). hostel facility is compulsory here . But if you belong to sc/st caste then you will get 50% discount in tuition fee no matter what your family income is.
- The student got scholarship provided by state[U.P.] government who have a family income less than 2 lacks and having UP domicile.
- All students got scholarship who fill up the form and eligible.
- If you want a loan you will easily get it from Punjab national bank Gautam Buddha university branch . Although it is govt. university you also get it from any bank(i think).
Clubs and Associations
- The life is very good . There are many clubs in college which doing so well .
- Mainly there are two fest in college one is sauroutsav (sports related) and annual fest called abhivyanjna .

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Gptr is an entrance exam conducted by gbu itself its very easy chemistry is little tricky, physics 1and 2 are exceptionally difficult just like jee level (questions from fluid mechanics are little tough ) rest are easy, maths ultra easy! I dont know maybe they conduct tougher test next year or take admit through jee mains
Entrance Exams & Admissions : Gautam buddha university is a government university which comes under state university and the chancellor of this university is non another than our honourable chief minister of uttar pradesh. There is a seperate enterence test for getting enrolled for Btech and other courses except management courses. Apart from this for getting admission in b.arch there is a requirement of Nata test marks and one can get admission in btech with his/her jee mains or any other national level entrance examination.one should atleast aquire above 40 marks in all subjects and above 50 percentile in 12th board examinations.
