- The average salary figure is Rs 4 lakhs and the highest salary figure is Rs 12 lakhs per year and 80% students are placed at Birsa Institute of Technology, Dhanbad

College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- There is a total of 30 hostels.
- Hostels are well maintained at Birsa Institute of Technology, Dhanbad.
- And the hostel fee is Rs 4800( 3000 for hostel + 1800 electric bill)per year.
- The food is very delicious and the cost is Rs 2500 per month.
- Classrooms, labs libraries etc all are in good condition.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- The eligibility criteria are that You must be a citizen of Jharkhand and an Entrance Examination is held known as JCECE.
- Almost JCECE rank of 800 is allowed to take admission in BIT Sindri Dhanbad.
- For taking admission in Electrical engineering, you have to get around 450 rank in JCECE.
Academics and Faculty
- the class timings are from morning 9 am to 4 pm.
- It is divided in 2 halfs, in the 1st half from 9 to 12:30 there is theory class after that in the 2nd half from 1:50 pm to 4 pm there is lab classes or project.
- Very good Quality of learning environment provided by Birsa Institute of Technology, Dhanbad.
- I feel very good.
- And I think this college is best for becoming a good engineer.
- And college provides a good environment for competition exams.
Fees and Scholarships
- Only approximately Rs 16000 is the course fee with the hostel fee being Rs 3000 and electricity bill is rs 1800.
- Top tanker gets a scholarship by giving a small test held at our college.
- 10 students got a scholarship at Birsa Institute of Technology, Dhanbad.
- No need of loan because of less amount of fee.
Clubs and Associations
- There are many student societies and clubs for social work like Prayaas India.
- Gaming club like Sports club.
- And many well-named clubs like Leo club, Retract club , photographic club etc.
- Fresher have a Leo club. Sports are done by the Sports club.
- Cultural activities are done by the Cultural and literature club.
