Placements and Internships
- I haven't done any internship with college because my courses don't have an internship.
- Various key companies are there in university campus like Wipro, Infosys, Codex, Tech Mahindra, Zensar, Algorism, Hewitt, Nagarro, Brickred, etc.
- The average salary figure offered is in the range of Rs 3.5 to 7.5 lacs per annum.
- About the placements records, it is not published by the university.
- University has best alumni network even for humanities courses and commerce courses.
- Students have opportunities for civil services exams.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- Many hostels are there in Rajasthan University campus for boys and girls and are almost free.
- PG options are also available for students at very low cost.
- College has canteen and mess and provides food at reasonable cost. Labs, classrooms, libraries are the best.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- The eligibility criteria for B.Sc. in the University of Rajasthan are 12th with science stream (PCM/PCB) with 40+%.
- There is no specific entrance examination by UR for university and its subordinate colleges graduation courses.
- The typical cutoff is based on 12th percentage cutoff marks.
- Typical cutoff for B.Sc. course is 65-75% for GEN category.
Academics and Faculty
- The daily routine of college is student friendly.
- Class timing is online in university student portal.
- The quality and method of teaching of the university are one of the best.
- Daily lecturer routine is displayed on the university website.
- Quality is well known because it is an A++ accredited university.
- Overall experience is the best in my college.
Fees and Scholarships
- The course fees of my college is very down to earth, it is very cheap.
- The course fee is Rs 3000/- per annum for B.Sc. course with Library charge.
- Very good scholarship options for top students and financially poor students.
- Every student who got 60+% percentage marks in college years is eligible for the scholarship.
- Students who are financially poor are also eligible for a scholarship.
- There is no requirement for study loans at UR Jaipur..
Clubs and Associations
- University of Rajasthan conducts students union election. There are many societies and groups for study purposes in college campus.
- University organises inter college and inter university tournament for sports like cross country, tennis, squash, chess , judo and all outdoor and indoor games.
- General life in campus is like home.
