Placements and Internships

  • An internship is optional in AIT, Bangalore. You can do wherever you want don't keep hope in college that they would refer you to some company you have to do it on your own.
  • Average salary per year is 3.75laks.
  • Alumni network is very poor

College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

There are 6-7 hostels in acharya institute, and the fees differ from hostel to hostel . Best hostel has fees of 1.11lakh per year

PG is best it's fees is around Rs.65000-Rs.75000 Food tastes good in college, the cost for per meal is around Rs.50-Rs.60 per meal.

The quality of classrooms is really good. Class are very good, labs are also good, WiFi is spread full through all the campus 120 acres , infrastructure is very good

Entrance Exams and Admissions

  • I have gone through CET quota for admission in acharya institute, Bengaluru. My rank was around 9000. Entrance exam - COMEDK UGET.
  • Typical cutoff of mechanical course is around 12k - 20k of Karnataka CET ranks.

  • Daily routine -class timings for Acharya Institute of Technology,Bangalore are as follows: morning 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. no projects for first 3 years if interested you can do , assignment are compulsory based on lecturer Quality and method of teaching is good. Awesome experience

  • The course fee differs in acharya institute. Government CET quota is around Rs.60000 per year . For SNQ quota is Rs.8000- Rs.14000, for COMEDK fees is around 1.5lakh-1.7lakh, and same for Management quota
  • Scholarship is available only for government CET quota student's these student's gets scholarship from Karnataka government Moma scholarship is Muslim student's Average number is student's who get scholarship is around 40%
  • Loans are easily available from nationalised banks only for government quota student's

Clubs and Associations

  • No Student societies are available. Fest is very good , celebrities also come to acharya institute during fests.
  • Life in college is awesome.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : You have to clear COMEDK or CET exam. The COMEDK exam is for the non-Karnataka student. Comedk is a simple exam and you can clear easily.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria for getting admission in Acharya Institute of Technology is to pass the 12th. The students have to clear the KCET exam to get admission in this college. The cut-off for my course is 15000 to 18000 AIR in KCET exam.
