Placements and Internships
A lot of famous companies from various sectors come in Birla Institute of Technology and Science, [BITS ] South Goa for placements, providing ample of opportunities to students.
Salary figures are pretty decent. Besides core branches, companies looking for management and finance aspects also come.
The Alumni network is great and is managed efficiently.
Academics and Faculty
Daily routine isn't very hectic. Attendance is 0% and hence totally depends on the student as to how much time he'd want to devote in classes. Teachers are good and supportive, and research environment is pretty great. Overall experience is brilliant.
Fees and Scholarships
Fees is a little high, being a private college. It does provide ample facilities.
There are 2 types of scholarships available, based on merit and economic status of students. The merit ones are pretty hard to get and only 8-10 students get them.
There is a SBI bank on campus, and all fee/loan problems are managed from there itself.

Fees & Scholarships : College fee at BITS will be around 12 lakh INR for a four-year undergrad course. Merit cum need and merit-based scholarships are awarded to around 20% of the students and the criteria for the merit cum need scholarship is that parents combined annual income should be less than 6,50,000 INR per year. Bank loans can be availed easily without any security with a margin of around 10%.

Academics & Faculty : Projects is the only part which worries me the most at BITS. The citations of the professors are also very low. Courses available outside of your curriculum are also very good.
