No candidate are eligible for admission after a lapse of more than three years from the year of passing the previous qualifying examination. The year of admission would not be taken into account while calculating 3 years from the year of passing the previous qualifying examination. Aggregate is calculated with 4 subjects at +2 level including the compulsory subjects as indicated in the eligibility criteria for application and the subjects having the maximum marks from the rest of the subjects.
The student must have passed in all the papers as per the respective board/council pass marks.
The student must have obtained 45% marks in each of the 4 subjects included in the aggregate calculation.
Marks in all subjects indicated in the +2 level marksheet must be entered in the application form.
Students have to pass a +2 exam of any board.
I completed my +2 level from State Board (i.e. WBHSC) and secured a percentage of 87.25% in best of 4 subjects.
Usually the cutoff to get selected in the College is around 85%.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : For Bcom Honours(Evening) the eligibility criteria is that while filling the forms maths and english was compulsory and obviously your percentage in class 12 should be alteast more than 93%. So, Best of luck!

Academics & Faculty : The class timings are from 6 am to 9:50 am. There are seminars conducted by students and cia tests for the students every Saturday. The faculty in the college is very awesome. Faculty consist of teachers whose books are used for reference in the university.
