- I did internship in Emerson Innovation Center Pune and the stipend I received was of Rs.5000.
- Key companies who come for hiring are finance companies and start ups.
- Average salary figures are Rs 3 lakhs per annum and highest is Rs 4 lakhs per annum.
- Alumni network is pretty strong as it has an alumni club.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- There are 2 inhouse hostels and 1 hostel outside campus.
- The food in college is average and costs Rs 75 per plate in average.
- The classroom quality can be improved.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- The eligibility criteria is to pass 12th and 10th board exam.
- No entrance exam is required.
- The first list cut off was 82% in 12th boards. The usual cutoffs are above 60% in 12th
Academics and Faculty
- The classes happen from 7:30am to 12:45pm.
- The teaching method is interactive especially in senior classes. One assignment per semester and per year was given
- The overall experience in college was enriching
Fees and Scholarships
- Per year course fee: Rs 15000 for first year and Rs 35000 per year for the next two years (for those who take honors)
- I am not aware of the scholarship options
- Loans are not needed for the fees
Clubs and Associations
- There are many clubs in SCAC right from arts circle, sports club, trekking etc.
- The main festival is Symagine, other fest include departmental fests such as costesemana, psyquest, paapi pait etc.
