Placements and Internships
- Since I am first year, I haven't got internship yet. They pay good amount for interns and some even offer PPO.
- There are many companies ranging from IT, FMCG, Finance, Marketing etc. comes for the placement
- Its alumni network is very strong
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- There are two hostels for boys, one for senior an other for juniors.
- Food is awesome, you get chicken 3 times a week. n
- Fully wifi campus, an awesome place to hangout. Chill life and you make a whole lot of friends.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- Well to get admission in SIMS you have to clear SNAP exam by symbiosis. SIMS is one of prestigious college under Symbiosis International university.
Academics and Faculty
- Quite a disciplined routine, get ready at 8:00am, and attend classes. 90% attendance is a must.
- Education quality is quiet good.
- Having a wonderful experience.
Fees and Scholarships
Basically it is for defence personnels, so for them course fee is around Rs 8 Lakhs for 2 years including hostels. Civilains can get through, but for them its Rs 12 Lakh. There are total 300 students, out of which 10% are civilians.
Clubs and Associations
- There are various clubs, cells like, events, marketing, finance, operations and etc, you need not to worry about extra curricular, because its in blood of SIMS.
- Festivals are celebrated in a full mood.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria is graduated in any stream for getting into Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. CAT, SNAP entrance exam is required. The cut-off is above 90 percentile.
Academics & Faculty : Academic experience embarks with our self learning and our college provides equal weight to class room learning as well. Schedule is comparatively comfortable where every student gets an opportunity to pursue other interests. The best part of the academia is the chance to chose our specializations way before, which gives an immediate exposure to the respective domain. Methodology of teaching includes structural presentations and regular assignments. Visiting faculty are proficient in their respective fields, the only drawback being fewer number of full time faculties.
Academics & Faculty : Seminars are quite frequent and still very interesting. It is compulsory for the 1st years to attend them. There is an Industrial visit in the 1st year which is more like a picnic where students are too involved in fun-activities to imbibe any form of learning experience.
