Placements and Internships
- The placement here is good but almost all the companies which come are of IT sector hardly any core company comes. TCS is the mass recruiter here.
- In 2015 BALCO VEDANTA had come for placements and it took 8 students in total from the core branches.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- The boys hostel is in the campus and girls hostel is around 200 m away from the campus, continuos autos are available therefore girls hostel is also well connected. Hostel rent is around Rs 24000 per semester including the mess charges
- Students can get PGs nearby very easily.
- The food is OK in the hostel mess. Some times too good and sometimes bad also.
- Large digital classrooms are there with a full wifi campus and a large central library where one gets a calm atmosphere to sit and study. This college has a beautiful infrastructure and is spread over 37 acres of land with the administrative block in the center and four blocks at each corner of admin block and a fully air-conditioned auditorium. A workshop is also there.
Academics and Faculty
- Academically this college is quite sound as it intakes the top performers of CGPET. Some faculties are good some are average.
- The teachers gives notes in the class which is quite sufficient for university exams. Regular Monday tests are also held.
- Oe will have a beautiful experience being here
Fees and Scholarships
- The fees is quite affordable. It is around Rs 35000 per semester.
- Scholarships are given to the category students on the basis of their performance in 12th board.
- Many students pay the fees by taking loan.
Clubs and Associations
- Thhere are students clubs like the clicks club for the photography, there is one cat club. An official dance group called step up.
- OJAS is the cultural and technical fest of the college which is a 3-day event and students have a lot of fun. There is a good senior-junior interaction in the hostel.
- In general one will learn a lot many things here and have a lot many beautiful experiences in the college.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria for this college was an entrance exam. As this is the topmost college of Bhilai so this college took only people with high rank. I took the entrance examination and got a good rank good enough to get electronics and telecommunication branch in this. The cut off was rank 800.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : The passing grade in the 12th class. Taking entrance exams like JEE MAINS and CGPT. The admission process requires your Adhaar card 12th marks card, domicile, migration certificate, transfer certificate, your photos. I have both JEE and CGPT as entrance exam Cutoffs for general candidates were about and for electronic and telecommunications was for round 1-84 round 2-83 and 83 for round 3.
