Placements and Internships

  • In this college for internship you don't get much opportunity from TPO department. You have to find yourself. One or two company come for internship that will hire maximum of 2-4 students. Another way to get internship is Codevita organised by TCS.
  • For placement, TCS is the mass recruiter for AIACT&R. Other company may come for placement drive but each company hire 2-3 students only.

College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

  • There is no hostel facility available for the students.
  • If you are outsider you have an option of PGs or you may take flats in a group.
  • Infrastructure of college is good. Labs are fully AC. There is library for students which fully Ac too. Availability of books varies.

Academics and Faculty

  • If you talk about the classes. Out of 8 lectures there will 4-5 lectures a day. From examination point of view you have to complete the syllabus yourself. Faculty will only discuss the topic which is in your syllabus only.
  • If you talk about quality of teaching that is average.

  • The fee structure is as follows: Fee-Rs 35000/per annum
  • There is a scholarship option also available for SC/ST student and may other too based on the income of the family.

Clubs and Associations

  • There is clubs for different area like coding, music, robotics etc. The facilities for different sports are also available. 
  • Annual fest is one the main festival organised the college in the of March.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The individual can take admission in this college by giving entrance exam IPUCET conducted by GGSIPU. The admission is then is then happened by counseling and cutoff of the similar exam. It is a Govt. College so a lot of students fill this college in their counseling. But no need to worry because a lot of students get admission because after 1 round of counseling a lot of students fill another college in their counseling because it is a Government College but it is not perfect enough.  The students need not be worried about the cutoff. I was taken admission in 2015 and that year General students were admitted up to 10000 of rank, SC students were around to 15000 and ST students were admitted up to approx 50000.  The Ambedkar Institute of Advanced Communication Technologies and Research, New Delhi changes their criteria every year and sometimes also 2 or 3 times in the same year in the same month. Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria for doing B. Tech CSE at AIACTR is 60% or more in the senior secondary examination with science stream. The entrance examination through which admission is taken is IPUCET. The typical cutoff is less than 1000 Rank in IPUCET to get into Ambedkar Institute of Advanced Communication Technologies and Research, New Delhi.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Students have to sit for an entrance examination conducted by IPU (IndraPrashtha University) named IPUCET in order to get admission in Ambedkar Institute of Advanced Communication Technologies and Research, New Delhi. The exam consists of multiple choice question having questions on mathematics physics and chemistry. Being a Government college the typical cutoff is always high.
