Academics & Faculty : Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering is approved by AICTE and was set up in 1997. It is affiliated to Goa University and admissions are conducted through Goa Common entrance test. Classes start at 9 AM and continue till 5 PM. 3 internal tests are held per semester and teachers regularly give assignments to assess the students learning capacity. At present, the course has an intake capacity of 60 students per year .There are 4 streams, ie, Mechanical, Electronics and Telecommunication, Computer, and Information Technology. There is also an ME IT program for students who wish to do Masters. Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering is being run on the self-financing concept. The college imparts technical education that is practically oriented with emphasis on self-employment.
