Placements and Internships
- I have done two internship in finance 1.BSFC(Bihar state of financial corporation)-winter 2015, 2. SBI mutual fund -summer 2016, 3.EDP from BSFC-2016.
- Key companies are wipro,cognizant,infotech,infosys,IBM,samsung,godrej ,mahindra amazon etc. comes for the placements.
- Average salary figure per year Rs 4 LPA, highest salary figure per year Rs 6 LPA, and precentage of batch which gets placed 55% approximately (it is mainy for engineering students).
- Many seniors from my college placed in top level companies like microsoft,IBM,infosys etc.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- In the patna campus of BITS mesra,there is one girls hostel and three boys hostel and fee per semester is Rs 22500 and Rs 27500 respectively.
- PGs and hostel outside the college are also available, hostel fee for most of the hostels are approx same (but in some cases more than BITS hostels),but the facilities which are provided by BITS hostels are better than outside college hostels, BITS hostel provide healthy and clean food and also so many other services and peaceful enviroment.
- Food quality of BITS college is good, I dont know the aggregate fee for per meal because all these kind of fees are included in hostel fees.
- Quality of classroom is good (non-ac classrooms),labs libraries,dining halls all are in good condition. There is also a wi-fi facility in the campus.
Academics and Faculty
- My daily routine is from 9:00AM - 1:10PM. I focuse on the lectures delivered by faculty members during class and note down important points and after comming hostel read all the points from book and sources thorougly and make notes and revise time to time and also meditate those points.
- Overall experience in the college is good. Teaching style of faculty members is satisfactory,but one thing that i want to mention here that ,in daily routine, there is not more practical activities/experiences to make study more interesting.
Fees and Scholarships
- My course fee is Rs 1 lakh per year ( Rs 50000 per semester).
- Anyone can get scholarship if his/her family income is less than Rs 3 lakhs as well as he/she must obtain at least more than 8 CGPA to get minimum amount of scholarship.
- According to this year data on scholarship distribution approx 25-30 student among 2000 students are provided with scholarship.
- Yes most of the students needed loan to continue their study, but i have no idea about the availbility of loans (because i had not taken the loan).
Clubs and Associations
- AISEC patna,Managers' club,REVA, NSS,Divya etc are some student socities ,clubs and associations in campus.
- TECHNIKA,REVA,IEEEBLOOD donation camp ,JHALAK ,sports meet etc are the main festivals of campus.
- It is neither too good nor too bad.

Academics & Faculty : The daily routine of class assignments project works is pretty good. The quality and methods of teaching is very nice and the up to the mark. The overall experience of college is very nice and worth cherishing.
