Placements and Internships
- The campus is full of opportunities. It has its own placement cell offering internships to students from all courses and years in reputed companies like Ernst&Young, Aditya Birla Money Mart, Zomato, Grofers , WIPRO VISTA and VASE.
- The salary goes to Rs 30,000 per month + depending on the resume of the particular candidate.
- 60% of the batch gets placed not just from the Central Placement cell but other ways also.
- The Alumni network needs to be improved as it hasn't attained its full potential.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- The college is near the PG area which is Satya and Anand Niketan which causes no trouble for students in commuting. There are ample PGs near the college. The cost of the PGs depends on the area.
- The food in the college is tasty, hygienic and pocket friendly. The canteen comes as an asset to the college.
- Maitreyi college is spread over 10 acres of land and has lush green surroundings. The gardens are well maintained and on the Annual Day of the college the gardeners are honoured too for their work. The quality of the classrooms are above average, the library is amazing and huge and the best part is that it comes under the Wi-fi zone. Happy networking!! The college is beautiful and has an infrastructure to die for.
Academics and Faculty
- Maitreyi college was named after the eminent woman scholar Maitreyi and has done everything to live upto its standards. The classes are usually scheduled from 9 am to 3 pm. Projects,exams and assignments are given weightage in the college. The faculty is great and experienced.
- The overall experience in terms of academics is good and we can't forget the very fact that it comes in top 20 Du Science colleges.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : This time admission procedure includes CUET exam but earlier one just have to be in the merit list. First cutoff for BA(economics +maths) is usually 95% while the last is 86% and other than that few special drives are also released.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility for getting admission was based completely on merit. The students had to clear the specific cut-off the college gave through the 12th-grade percentage. No entrance exam was required. Typically, cut-offs for my course rise as high as 100%, and they close at 96% in most of the colleges of the University of Delhi.
Academics & Faculty : Great faculty and regular too and teaching method was amazing
