Placements and Internships
- Being a second-semester student I was in search of my internship. But my seniors were well placed on the campus itself.
- We have very good placement companies like TCS, Deloitte, TIME institute, ITC, Colgate-Palmolive etc at School of Management Studies.
- Average package is around Rs. 4.8 lakhs.
- We have very large alumni about 5000 or even more.
- Recent visits of the companies were having our alumni in which it is very proud to show our school's Brand.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- The quality of classrooms was good and labs too in School of Management Studies.
- We have one of the largest library in India in front of our school consists of lakhs of books.
- We have very good canteens over here with reasonable prices.
- The almost whole university has WiFi and university has a computer centre all the time most probably.
- University has a very big indoor stadium and attached gym. It also has a Basketball court, football ground, Tennis court.
- The transportation within the campus is done by shuttle services of buses.
- As the university is located side by of national highway and very near to the airport and Outer Ring Road as well. University is located beside of ISB and behind of Financial District of Hyderabad.
Academics and Faculty
- SMS is very interesting college to have your masters because of many reasons. One of which it locates in a very big campus of UNIVERSITY OF HYDERABAD about 2500 acres including this professors teach you as along as you have the patience to listen to them. They can teach whole day it's up to you and the faculty here is just amazing.
- We have to do many assignments, case studies etc.
- Classes commences and end after 9 am-5 pm.
- We have MBA in 5 specialisations and Healthcare MBA.
Fees and Scholarships
- As it is a government university fee is quite very low compared to other private institutions for First semester it is Rs. 46000 and the remaining semesters it is around Rs. 24000 at School of Management Studies.
- Students can avail scholarships from both central and state governments as well.
- Banks also can assure with loans basing on the academic performance in particular cases.

- School of Management Studies has many parties and student unions which include Social Associations, Political Associations.
