- I got my final job offer from Infosys.
- IT companies had been the major recruiter at SSN College of Engineering.
- Companies like Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro recruit in bulk and some of the well-known companies are MuSigma, Latent View, Thought Works, Amazon, Xerox, Zoho.
- There are also core companies recruiting from the mechanical and electrical domains.
- If you clear all the exams before the placements. you have 99% chance of getting placed with some effort from your side.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- SSN College of Engineering is in a developing area but it is well connected with buses frequency of 5-10 minutes.
- We have the best of infrastructure and ranked one in Tamilnadu and have WiFi connectivity.
Academics and Faculty
- In SSN College of Engineering, you will enjoy all the 5 days of the week from Monday to Friday with 8 periods of 50 minutes each.
- The college starts at 8 AM and it will go until 3.40 PM. It will be a little difficult for the day scholars to initially get up in the early morning but you can adapt easily.
- The professors are very friendly, you can talk to them anytime and every professor has sufficient knowledge to teach us with most of them having PhD and others pursuing.
Fees and Scholarships
- There are various scholarships available at SSN College of Engineering like merit scholarship, merit cum means, sports and walk-in walk-out scholarships.
- The last one is for state toppers who come in top 10 of their state in the 12th board examinations, they get a full scholarship, they need to pay only for the mess.
- Our college widely recognised in Tamilnadu so it is easier to get loans in banks.
Clubs and Associations
- SSN College of Engineering is well known for sports, this can be said from the fact that the first rank holder in sports quota in Tamilnadu opt for our college.
- There are various clubs, you name it and it is there.
- Yearly inter-college cultural and sports fest are conducted.
