- Placement assistance is provided to eligible students, but a limited number of students gets job offers, they provide career opportunities available for the final year students of the college, placement cell also coordinates with the central placement cell of the university, which acts as an interface between the industry and Daulat Ram College.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- Daulat Ram College has a very modern infrastructure with front lawns, clean classrooms, canteen, and wi-fi facility being available to students.
- One key point is the presence of a Coffee Shop which is of supreme importance to students here in the college.
- The college is located on the main bus route which connects it to the nearest Metro station.
- Also one can get autos, rickshaws for traveling to nearby places.
- The college is located on the main campus nearing many other colleges under the university.
Academics and Faculty
- The course structure of Daulat Ram College is very good. It is same in every other college of Delhi University.
- Academic schedule is semester-wise which gives us ample time to give tests, assignments, submit projects and also to have fun and do other extra-curricular activities.
- Teachers of a department are really helpful with course materials, references and guidance.
Fees and Scholarships
- My college fees are very minimal at Daulat Ram College which is Rs. 6,500 approx each year excluding semester fees which are again Rs. 100 per subject.
- Ther are financial aid options for Physically disabled students and also other grants which make it easier for students of different income classes to study here.
- Students can also avail the different scholarships provided by the university.
Clubs and Associations
- Daulat Ram College has several societies like western dance, Indian classical dance, drama, arts, Indian music, photography, modelling, poetry.
- It also has associations of the different departments which organise fests and other events.
- The NSS and NCC are very active in my college.
- There is also an Enabling Unit which works for the betterment of the physically challenged students.
- Sports is also a ker field of my college with a huge sports ground within the college campus.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Candidate must have passed the 12th from the recognized institute to get admission in this college. Minimum 93% cutoff mark is required.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : Well the admission was purely on the merit basis. Cut offs were obviously high, closing the admission at 93%.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : Clearing the cut offs makes you eligible to get into a particular course. When the cut off list is out and you fulfill the eligiblility , you can come directly for the admission. I did not give any entrance exam. It was on the merit basis. Political science honours, cut off goes around 95% for general category.
