- Placements are decent as far as an undergraduate is concerned, with almost 50 percent of the batch being placed. Some of the prominent recruiters for 2015 included Delliote, channel play, by, and king. Opportunities are present, but one ought to be good enough to grab them.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- From tennis court to cricket grounds and basketball courts, every sports facility is top notch. If you are a sports enthusiast like me, you won't be disappointed at all. After having played inter college tournaments in many DU colleges, I can safely assure that Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce is next to none when it comes to sports facilities.
- Other than that, the classrooms(although without ac), gym and labs won't give anyone a chance to complain. The gurudwara and the greenery coupled with newly built canteen gives Ggs a certain edge over other colleges.
Academics and Faculty
- Academics can be termed as perfect. Experienced and learned faculty for every subject, with due focus on attendance and clearing student's doubt by going out of their way.
- If you wanna learn and make your basics strong, Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce is the place for sure.
Fees and Scholarships
- Fees, if compared to other DU colleges, is a bit on a higher side, but when you see the infrastructure, it's all worth the fees.
Clubs and Associations
- There are quite a few clubs,but,as mentioned earlier, you have to be good to get selected in the more happening ones.
- Manchtantra(dramatics)and misba(western dance)lead the way when it comes to clubs.
