- Infrastructure at Indian Institute of Technology is very nice, has a green energy-based infrastructure.

Academics and Faculty
- Academic Schedule at Indian Institute of Technology varies for different streams. For Electrical Engineering lecture classes are generally in the morning between 9:00 am -1:00 pm and there may be practicals and tutorials afterward, one is done with the day by about 6 pm.
- We have a semester system and there are two exams in one semester.
- Choice and relevance of available courses are upon the student as quality and methodology are quite brilliant for each course.
- Professor are accessibile outside classes.
Fees and Scholarships
- Scholarships & Financing is provided to the students whose family income is less and based on merits.
- Merit cum scholarship is provided to those whose family income is less than Rs. 4.5 lakhs and are top 20 percentile in which their institute fee is refunded or excluded.

Academics & Faculty : The faculty at the Roorkee campus is extremely qualified and highly knowledgeable. All the professors have their doctorate degree from great American universities; some are involved with current government projects while a few are the authority of metallurgy. The excellent experienced teaching staff is pretty co-operative with all student matters and doubts. Communication ain’t a problem as basic lectures are conducted in English.
