Placements and Internships
- There are no internship and stipends involved here.
- Many banking companies and IT sector companies recruit MBAs from the campus. But for weekend courses there's no placement assistance. No placements for weekend courses so there's no average salary.
- Alumni and seniors are very good and they are very helpful in sharing notes and previous year question papers.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- There are two seperate buildings for hostel. One for girls and the other for boys. Hostel facility is not available for weekend courses.
- PGs are a bit far from college and their costs are high.
- Classrooms, labs etc are good but not superb. Infrastructure is good.
Academics and Faculty
- Class timings are a bit early (9 AM). Which is a bit too early for students commuting from the other end of Delhi.
- Quality of Teaching is good, but not superb. Well every class has some good and some not so good teachers.
- Overall experience is very good.
Fees and Scholarships
- The first year fee is Rs 81500 per year and second year's Rs 75000 per year.
- Scholarship options are not available. (This is a Weekend MBA)
- Yes loans are needed as the fee amount is big.
Clubs and Associations
- There are various groups and societies for regular students but none for weekend students.
- There are various festivals on campus and they are all of mixed nature, but none for weekend students.
- For weekend students life is not very interesting in college as the class at times go till 6PM, starting from 9AM in the morning. This leaves us with no time to explore the campus and for other activities.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : USMS is a govt. college affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi. First of all, you should have passed your graduation or should be in your last year of graduation to be eligible to apply for the course. After filling their application form, you will be called for the CET (Common Entrance Test). USMS is the best college under GGSIPU, so the cutoff is quite high with respect to other colleges. In general category,you should have rank under 60-70 (approx.). There is relaxation for the SC, ST, and PH candidates.
Academics & Faculty : College starts by 9 AM and ends by 5 PM. Classes are conducted regularly. The faculty is good. We are asked to give presentations in almost every subject and lots of extra curricular activities are also organized by the college where one can participate and enhance his/her experience. White boards are used as teaching medium and projectors are a part of daily life. School also offers big play ground. All the facilities are great like big library ,lovely canteen, different big blocks for different programmes and hostel facility. Labs of all kinds etc. The over all experience is great.
