Placements and Internships
- I did a summer training project on the topic 'Working Capital Management' at SALE Rourkela. I applied for stipend and I received the amount.
- Companies like HP, RBS, Axis Bank comes for the placements at Utkal university, Bhubaneshwar.
- Average salary is Rs 45000 per month. 40% from a batch get selected in various companies.
- There are passed out seniors who are well settled at their jobs.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- There are 7 girls hostel and 6 boys hostel in our utkal campus. Hostel fee per year is Rs 3500.
- Outside the campus, there is mess available which is very small to adjust and the cost is too high plus food charges are high always. In our hostel, we get a very well prepared food. we get the food at reasonable price and of good quality at Utkal university, Bhubaneshwar.
- The quality of classrooms is nice. Well, libraries, computer labs, and good wifi connection is available.
Academics and Faculty
- Basically, our class timings are from morning 8 o'clock to 12:30 noon.There are total 10 semesters in our integrated MBA program.We had our project work on the 6th semester.There are a lot of assignments in every subject.Every semester there is an exam.
- The quality of teaching is good.PowerPoint presentation is regarded as our assignment at Utkal university, Bhubaneshwar.
- Overall experience in my college was great because it gave me new things to know and learn
Fees and Scholarships
- Course fee for 1st three years was Rs 30,000. For the other two years i.e for MBA it was Rs 40,000 at Utkal University, Bhubaneshwar.
- There were two scholarship options available. (1)Prerna scholarship for ST/SC students (2)Medhabruti.
- There were 10 students who got the scholarship.
- As it is a government university the course fee is not too high. Loans are available. Banks which give educational loans are Syndicate Bank and SBI.

Academics & Faculty : Utkal university provides great learning experience to students since 1943. Since I study Integrated MBA in utkal university, i want to share my experience here. The daily routine consists of 4 classes of 1 hr each and a break of 30 mins. The classes generally start from 8 am to 12:30 pm. As the integrated MBA is a 5 yrs programme, so it consists of 10 semesters of 6 months duration each. the classes are conducted by experienced faculties and some guest faculties from reputed colleges of India like XIMB. The method of teaching is by projector focussing so that it becomes easier for students to understand the subject easily. There are various assignments and projects given to students from time to time to judge the understanding level of students. the placement cell of IMBA is quite good. Various reputed companies and banks like ICICI,TCS,WIPRO and CAPGEMINI visit the university to recruit the students. My experience in IMBA programme at Utkal

Academics & Faculty : The daily routine academics in the college is very good. The quality of classrooms is spacious and well maintained. Tests and assignments are taken on a regular basis. The faculties are well supportive and help us trough our project. The quality and method of teaching are very good in Utkal University.
