Placements and Internships
Many companies come to recruitment from the college side. They support taking up an internship. Many of our alumni members are doing jobs in prestigious companies.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
There are 4 hostels separate for boys and girls per month. They charge INR 5000 with food. Many PGs are available nearby college. Food quality is good and price is included in hostel fee itself. All other feature are also good.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
I wrote Kcet exam and got 47067th rank. The cut off for the course I opted was 50000 so i was selected.
Academics and Faculty
My overall experience was good. Almost all lecturers have done PhD. So teaching quality is good. Class starts from 9 am and ends around 3 pm.
Fees and Scholarships
My course fee is INR 84000. For SC/ST candidates, we have options like ssp or nsp for scholarship. Almost everyone get scholarships. I believe no loan is required. It can be managed by scholarship itself though many banks comes to college and ask to take loan.
Clubs and Associations
There are many clubs in college and many fest is conducted and cultural activities are also conducted overall. The life in college is good.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : For a BE in Biotechnology, it isn't required for students to study Biology in the 11th and 12th. KCET and COMEDK entrance exams test only Physics, Chemistry and Math so it's important to prepare specifically for these subjects by doing a lot of practice tests. To get admitted with CET scores, it is generally a lot easier to secure admissions if the board exam aggregate is above 85% besides scoring well in the CET papers. COMEDK, however, doesn't require board exam scores and is contingent only on how the student performs in the ComedK entrance test.
