I did my Internship in a company called GetMyUni, Bengaluru. I was a content marketing intern (April, May 2020). The Internship was about digital marketing, content writing, and SEO.
The college invites many companies for placements. Finance, Marketing, Business Analyst, and Operations are the main fields the companies look for.
Companies like Delloite, EY, Infosys, Morgan Stanley, Wipro, Oracle, L&T, HDFC Ltd, TTK Prestige, Tech Mahindra, Hindustan Uniliver and so on will visit the campus for placements.
The average package of SDMIMD for the year 2022 was 7.7 LPA and 13.1 LPA being the highest.
The Alumni Network of SDMIMD is named Prerana. The alumni help the college in inviting companies for placements.

SDMIMD is a residential campus. The campus has rooms with fully furnished single rooms. Hostel fees are included in the total course fees, but a mess bill of around 3000/month has to be paid. Only vegetarian food is served in a mess, which includes both north and south Indian Cuisine, which is average.
SDMIMD is known for its beautiful campus. The quality of the classrooms, Library, and mess is very good.

For the PGDM course at SDMIMD, a candidate must have a valid score in CAT/CMAT/GMAT/XAT. Admission to SDMIMD is based on an entrance exam followed by a personal interview.
I wrote ATMA (AIMS Test for Management Admissions). I secured 89 percentile, which helped me in getting a seat in SDMIMD.

The class usually starts at 9 AM and ends at 6 PM. Each class will be for 1hr 30mins. The teaching at SDMIMD includes case study presentations and lively interactions with the faculty. Each term at SDMIMD lasts for 3 months which includes Internals, Group Presentations, Case Study analysis, Quiz, and End term examinations.
SDMIMD is like once in a lifetime experience. Hostel life is really good. People around with the same intentions of achieving their academic goals will help an individual to grow in the right path, and SDMIMD did this for me.

The total Course Fee is 11.2 Lakhs. Scholarships such as the Entry-Merit Scholarship, Empowering Woman Scholarship, and Merit Scholarships are available at SDMIMD.
A loan is definitely a go-to option for PGDM. SBI Mysuru provides education loans at 7.5%.

There are many student clubs, and one can join any club based on his/her interest.
Campus celebrates Karnataka Rajyotsava, Chauthi, Durga Pooja, Holi, Christmas, Onam, and Sankranthi.
The college life of 2years in SDMIMD for sure is a memorable one.
