Placements and Internships
- After the 4th semester, we were given many options for internship programmes.
- I took my internship in machine learning using python and learned basic regression and classification models. I also build a disease detection project.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- No hostels or PGs are available.
- Food is college is good.
- We have a mall nearby.
- The quality of rooms are very good, clean and well furnished.
- We have an AC, Wifi, classroom projector, chilled water, clean washrooms, free library books, etc.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- I was directly selected through my IPU CET rank, which was around 3200 rank.
- For the admission procedure, I submitted my IPU CET score and later, I was told to attend the interview session got a call for admission confirmation.
Academics and Faculty
- The daily routine in every semester is slightly different, but in general, the classes are from 8:20 am to 12:50 pm from Monday to Friday.
- We have to make mini projects and practical files for every practical subject and complete 2-3 assignments per subject.
- We have learned many programming languages like c,c++, python, java, javascript, c# and many more.
Fees and Scholarships
- Jagannath Institute of Management Sciences, [JIMS] New Delhi Fee Structure. The course fee is about INR 60k/sem.
- I got a 10% scholarship. We did not get any fee reduction in online classes. Instead, we got more workshops and guest lectures.
Clubs and Associations
- Every month technocrat club creates an event. The event includes creative software ideas, Digital poster making, video making competitions, quiz competitions, etc.
- The main celebrations are freshers parties, zest, sports events, etc.
- There is a 2-3 day trip as well every year.
