Internship are available from different companies where students can apply and if selected get certain perks and stipend. Key companies are Infosys, TCS, Capgemini, Bosch limited, Flipkart, Wipro etc.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
Infrastructure is the best part of PSIT. There are 5 hostel buildings for boys and around 4 buildings for girls with separate mess facilities. Mess timings are satisfactory and convenient for the students. Every classroom is an ac classroom; labs are present with advanced machines and technology, the library is huge and very good. Also, wifi facility is available on the college campus.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
Eligibility criteria is same as other colleges. You can take admission through JEE Mains counseling or direct admission based on 12th marks.
Academics and Faculty
Class timings are 9 am to 5 pm daily except Saturday and Sunday. Assignment and class tests are taken for the internal assessment of students. General rules are very strict, and discipline is required from the students.
Fees and Scholarships
Pranveer Singh Institute of Technology, [PSIT] Kanpur Fee Structure. The course fee is about INR 1.3 Lakh per annum.
However fee may differ for different branches and courses. Loan facility is also available for the students through a SBI Bank available in the college itself.
Clubs and Associations
Various clubs are present where students can enroll and participate in different competitions. Clubs vary from sports clubs, dance clubs, singing clubs, yoga clubs, etc. Ignitia is a yearly fest that takes place in PSIT where celebrities like Anupam Kher, Priyanka Chopra, Sushant Singh Rajput, John Abraham, Hardy Sandhu have been invited as chief guests.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : I took admission into this college in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. There are no percentage criteria for admission. First I went there for visit to the college. The faculty members guided us and showed us classrooms, labs, library etc. I liked the campus and it is very evergreen. The teachers told us about placements criteria, and the no of companies that come to this college. We had to submit our educational institution's, marks we scored, TC certificate etc. The teachers were also very helpful, they councils us regarding our filled form and guided us.
