Placements and Internships
Placement are good, and you will definitely get placed if you have good knowledge of programming. Companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro visit for placement and most of the students got placed. You just need to develop your skills.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
PSIT Kanpur has a very vast and all the necessary infrastructure, facilities, and equipment. The classrooms are very spacious with digital teaching facilities and are fully equipped with AC, providing a good environment for students. Labs are fully functional with all the apparatus required for practical. Library, auditorium, central ground provides everything which a student is required. Hostel facility with 24*7 wifi, water, and electricity supply is provided for the students also the canteen provides quality foods for the students.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
The eligibility criteria is a minimum of 60% marks in 12th and 10th. Candidates must have passed classes 10 and 12 with a minimum of 60% aggregate (60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Math) to become eligible for the B.Tech programme. Admission to the B.Tech programme is based on JEE Mains/ UPSEE rank.
Academics and Faculty
The quality of teaching is very impressive. Teachers put their 100% effort while teaching and clear doubts of each and every student. The teachers here are very highly qualified and have many years of teaching experience. The teachers inform for every events courses and training which are beneficial for the students. Class timing starts from 9 in the morning upto 5 pm.

Campus life is great in PSIT. Events like freshers' parties, IGNITIA, and many other events are the best part of it. I have many great experiences regarding the college. Ragging doesn't happen & the professors are very co-operative.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Admissions in PSIT, Kanpur can be taken by giving UPSE entrance exams. By meeting the required rank in the exam you are offered admission to the college. The course provided by the college depends on the rank achieved in the exam. Apart from this you can even take direct admission in the college but the number of seats open for direct admissions are limited and is provided based on your marks achieved in intermediate and an admission test conducted by the college through which you can even avail a scholarship.
