Every year PSIT raises the bar of placement. About 939 offers were given to PSITians in the first four days of the placement drive, and Infosys offered INR 8 LPA packages during the previous years.

Top recruiting companies include Infosys, TCS, Wabag, Capgemini, etc. Training teams help not only in placement but also in competitive exams like CAT and GATE.

PSIT has its own centralized AC plant and a number of computer labs as well as the workshop. The central library contains books related to the syllabus and various competitive exams. Separate hostels are there for girls and boys with spacious rooms and quality furniture. The 90-acre campus has various sports grounds as well, like a basketball court and football/ volleyball grounds.

Admission is straightforward and easygoing. I qualified through the entrance examination of AKTU Lucknow and was allotted this college through counseling. I opted for Electrical and Electronics Engineering and was successful in enrolling in this course. PSIT also offers direct admission if the student is eligible.

PSIT offers various courses in Engineering, Pharmacy, Business Management, Computer Applications, and Law. PSIT has also integrated various cutting edge technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Internet of Things with Computer Science and keeps moving ahead with adding more and more courses with time to progress in parallel with the ever-growing learning process. Punctuality is a key figure that PSIT looks upon. Classes run on time and with adequate breaks for refreshments. The method of teaching is easygoing and practical and is carried with incorporating every tool of upcoming technologies. Even in COVID times, PSIT took classes on various E-platforms like Zoom to not bear any academic loss. PSIT also conducts various assignments and class tests and conducts a pre-university examination before the external examination.
