The placement of the college is so  good .Almost 98% students get placed. The major recruiters are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Amazon, Capegmini etc. hire the students from the college. The minimum package is 3.5LPA and the highest package is 26LPA

PSIT has a great infrastructure. It is one of the best colleges of engineering in North India and the best in Kanpur. PSIT is one of the best colleges in every field. The whole campus is fully air condititioned with wifi connection available. Imagine studying on a lush green campus with all facilities with 24 hours of power back up. There is an auditorium at PSIT college with a seating capacity of 1300.Classrooms are properly cleaned and well behaved.The library has all updated books which can be issued by students. There is a canteen which provides hygenic food to students.

PSIT has two ways of admissions The first one is through entrance exams and the second one is through direct admission. PSIT accepts JEE main examination and UPTU examination. For direct admission, interview is the main criteria.

The faculty of college are good, knowledgeable, supportive and of a kind nature. All of the faculty members are highly experienced and helpful in every manner. They helped students to get better success in every field .they help the students to organise many extracarcular activities so that students become stress free.

There are many clubs in the college like Photography club, technical club, Sports Club, etc. The portal shows that there are extra curricular activities but managing time for that is difficult because there are hardly any free lectures.
