Over 150 companies are there to recruit students, including some mass recruiters such as Infosys, Wipro, TCS, IBM, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, etc., with a package up to INR 10 LPA. The students can easily grab a job with a decent package. Every year, the placement portfolio of PSIT sets new records through its outstanding placements.

In-campus hostels are available for boys and girls. Hostels have double occupancy and well-furnished rooms. The infrastructure has been designed so that there is enough space for recreational activities and sports. The campus is interconnected through a highly secured PSIT's Virtual Private Network. The campus has an on-campus medical centre with an ambulance for any emergency.

The admission is mainly based on students' UPSEE scores. An alternate written test is also there for students who didn't give UPSEE exam.

The written test consists of general aptitude questions to test student's excellence. A coding test is also there for students coming from a CS background.
