Placements and Internships
- The college has an effective placement cell and aims at 100% placements.
- Most of the students from our batch were placed in top companies like Amazon, Genpact, Capgemini, AON Hewitt and many more.
- The highest salary package offered was INR 4.5 LPA, and the average package was INR 2.5 LPA.
- Internship opportunities are provided in the field of digital marketing.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- This hostel is superb.
- The facilities are cleaned every day. The rooms are spacious and air-conditioned. They also provide large lockers for bigger backpacks, free wireless internet and some computers in the lounge area, a large screen TV (which was popular most evenings).
- Breakfast is good, and a real bonus is the 6.30 PM snack, ranging from pizzas to sandwiches.
- The hostel will close every day between 11 AM and 2 PM for cleaning, but the owners are flexible on that rule.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
We had 2 -3 labs with proper and updated desktops. Even the books in the library were sufficient to read and learn. The book bank provided to each student was enough to gain knowledge. Canteen was good, but the food served was not so good because it had had hygiene problems. Sports day was celebrated at different venues
Academics and Faculty
- The faculty members are friendly and helpful in every situation.
- We have three mid exams, but people can write any two, and at the time of sem exam. So we will have a gap for every exam.
- The faculty are well-qualified and highly experienced with PhD degrees.
Fees and Scholarships
- Rungta College of Engineering and Technology, [RCET] Bhilai Fee Structure. The course fee is about INR 73,000 per year.
- The facilities provided by the college is worth the fees paid.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The admission process is very simple. The college gives direct admission. First, you have to take the PET entrance exam which is a state level engineering course admission exam. Rungts teachers is a also unbelievable and hopefully teachers and there behaviours is also good. I am a b. Tech mechanical student from rungta so if i am talking about mechanical and you find best teachers and you have very serious in your future so i am recommende this college for you.

Placements & Internships : Placements are also good. Top notch companies like Accenture , Amazon , Wipro, TCS , Infosys , Tech Mahindra, Cognizant etc. come for campus hiring. Average salary offered is around 5 LPA. Last year 2 students got selected in Amazon at a package 48 and 35 LPA. Our college conducts Placement Nama for students of other college.
