Our college has a good record of campus placements. There are more than 80+ recruiters and 50+core companies. The average salary pack ranges from 4.2-22 lakhs. The training for placements is given from 1st yr itself. Students have technical training, aptitude and soft skills training every week.

This helps students be self-sufficient in meeting top companies like IBM , Tech Mahindra,TCS , Zoho ,wabco, Valeo, vurtusa, and hcl Vodafone,Accenture ,etc. After graduation, students get opportunities to work in domains like artificial intelligence, product development, aerospace, vehicle design, iot, drone building, VLSI design, automotive design,3d printing, robotics and automation, etc. Also, the centres of excellence strengthen the domain in which our skills can be fully exhibited.

College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

4.5

There are many centres of excellence as training clubs to train students in Pega. Also, there is a Japanese and German language centre in which more than 500 students have been trained in foreign languages that secured an international career in the lead. CIT has the best infrastructure, well-equipped labs, libraries and WI-FI facilities available inside the campus. As per seniors review, hostel life is much fun and comfortable.

Entrance Exams and Admissions

The institute offers full-time BE in six specialisations, Btech in three disciplines and three specialisations under ME. Students who passed class 12 with minimum 60% aggregate in maths physics and chemistry from a recognised board are eligible for this course. There is no specific entrance exam to attend. If the cutoff is above 180, then there is an assurance to get into CIT quickly.

Academics and Faculty

5

The faculty members are so friendly and supportive. I love the friendly atmosphere. The faculty always thinks about the student’s point of view and helps students in overcoming any difficulties. They teach the concept well and illustrate examples of practical applications. Being a first-year student attending online classes is very strange. But after attending a few classes, I can feel the classroom setting right at my home. They encourage an interactive session and also give events to share our ideas and thoughts. They regularly give assignments, and if we are interested, they engage us in project work too.

Fees and Scholarships

4.5

There are many scholarships provided to deserving students, and it varies based on the department and cutoff. CIT and Parthasarathy Seeniammal educational trust offer a 100% scholarship on tuition fees for top 25 students through cit scholarship tests. Also, candidates who have scored cutoff 190- 200 (State board/Cbse), cutoff 185-189 (State board/Cbse), cutoff 180-184 (State board/Cbse) Will be eligible for a scholarship amount of 50000/-,40000/-,35000/- respectively per year.

Clubs and Associations

5

The college conducts many webinars to enrich students with knowledge about various fields and curriculum. Funjinia and Takahashi is conducted every year. Takshashila involves students council that organises the event and students, from 1st yr to 4th yr, to bring their talents into the spotlight . Many clubs are dealing with programming, coding and machine learning. All departments get equal opportunities in joining these clubs as per their interest. talents can't be hidden when motivation opens the door towards opportunities choosing cit is a right decision to explore and start our career for a bright and better future.
