Placements and Internships

Since I am in my second year right now, I haven't done any internship.

The companies that hire from campus our campus are SquareBoar, Pero, Netflix, Aditya Birla, and many others.

The average salary offered ranges between INR 5-6 LPA.

College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

There are separate hostels for boys and girls, and it costs INR 28,000 per month.

College location is good and is very easy to access anything, be it metro, PG facility, or local markets.

The college has a cafeteria that offers a variety of food options at nominal prices

Overall the college has a great infrastructure, with all the required facilities.

Entrance Exams and Admissions

Eligibility criteria for BA (H) Interior Architecture and Design are 10+2 or equivalent degrees in any stream from a recognized board with 50% aggregate.

Entrance exams conducted are iDAT and studio simulation. The entrance exam was conducted in two parts; the first part was iDAT, and the second part was studio stimulation.

There are no cutoffs, students who are selected receive an offer letter on their registered email ID.

Academics and Faculty

Classes are taken as per schedule and assignments are timely accessed with detailed inputs from the faculty.

Quality and method of teaching is good.

Overall, till now, my experience at IIAD is good. I am receiving assistance wherever it is required.

Fees and Scholarships

Indian Institute of Art and Design, [IIAD] New Delhi Fee Structure. The course fee is about INR 4.68 Lakh per annum.

Scholarships are available to students on a merit basis. The student has to apply for it once he/she has received an offer letter.

Usually, the loan is not required, but if a student is still applying for it, IIAD provides loan assistance.

Clubs and Associations

College clubs include dramatics, dance, music, filmmaking & photography, poetry, graffiti, and fashion.

The annual events conducted are Convocation day, Orientation Day, Remix, and Cultural festivals.

College life is really fun at IIAD.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Admission in IIAD is through entrance examination. For my course, the entrance test was divided into two parts. The first part was an iDAT, and the second part was studio simulation. These tests were designed to check the design ability of the students. There is no cutoff system at IIAD, students who are selected receive an offer letter.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : BA(Hons) Fashion Business Management's eligibility criteria are to pass 10+2 or equivalent in any stream from CBSE/ISC/IB or any other equivalent Indian or International Higher Secondary Board. The candidates who were awaiting their 10+2 results were also eligible to apply. The admission procedure was simple; students had the option to apply either online or offline. The application fees I paid was Rs.2000. The entrance exam was conducted in two parts. The first part was iMAT, and the second part was the personal interview.
