Placements and Internships
Everything was good. Overall we have to study a lot. Salary is negotiable different in all fields.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
There are 2 hostels, one for boys and one for girls. Hostel fee is 1 lakh per year. The food is only vegetarian. Outside of campus you can get room of around 5 k per month. Infrastructure is not good
Entrance Exams and Admissions
I wrote an exam which is called Combined Pre-medical test in which I got 74th rank. There is no cut off. Colleges take student admission according to the mark they secure.
Academics and Faculty
Class starts from 9 and ends at 3. Exams are conducted by the end of every semester. The teaching method is very good. Overall experience is good
Fees and Scholarships
Himalayiya University, Dehradun fee structure. The fee for my course is Rs. 80000 per year and around 6 students get scholarships. And yes loans are also needed for many students who belong to poor families.
Clubs and Associations
The annual college meet is the main festival on campus. There is a student society which is connected to all Uttrakhand universities. College life is good but not that good
