The daily routine is good. We have 1 mid-semester test of 40 marks and one end semester test of 100 marks. Projects are included in the curriculum for the 3rd year. Overall is good.

The fee for B.Tech at Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute is INR 60,000 per annum. Scholarships are available for students with low annual income of their parents.

Companies like Wipro and Deloitte were major hiring companies from our campus. The average salary is around INR 5 lakhs per annum. Around 75% to 80% of the batch gets placement. Some core companies also do visit the campus. The alumni network is excellent and supportive.

Infrastructure & Transportation

There are 3 hostels for boys and 2 for girls. Cost is INR 26,000 per annum. No ragging. Hostels have wifi facility but it should be paid by students. Food is available and the fee is INR 16,000 per semester. Classrooms are currently getting upgraded and are expected to be a smart class in a few years.

There are many clubs like SRA for robotics, SAE BAJA for mechanical, DLA for literature and arts, FA for fine arts and many more. Festivals are Technovanza a technical festival, Pratibimb which is a cultural festival, Podology for production department, Vastra for the textile department.

ACADEMICS & FACULTY: There's hardly any good faculty left. Only a select few are good. Some courses are even taught by M.Tech students studying in VJTI.  Exams are pretty good. A preparatory leave before exams gives you time to cover up the syllabus.
FOREIGN EXCHANGE & INTERNATIONAL EXPOSURE: As far as I know, there's currently no foreign exchange program in VJTI. This should be included by the college!!!!!!!!!
FEES AND SCHOLARSHIP: Reserved class students get a good amount of scholarship/freeship. Merit students with CGPA over 7 or 7.5 can apply to different scholarships and get amounts around Rs.8000 a semester

ACADEMICS & FACULTY: Quality and methodology of teaching was poor. Tests and Assignments were given at the end of the semester. Professors were accessible outside class.
FOREIGN EXCHANGE & INTERNATIONAL EXPOSURE: Foreign exchange program was not available. Language used for teaching was English. Hindi, Marathi and English were spoken by students on compus.
FEES AND SCHOLARSHIP: College Fee was less compared to other engineering colleges since it is government aided. Scholarship option was available.
PLACEMENTS & ALUMNI NETWORK: Job opportunities are very good. Size and effectiveness of Alumni network is good. Companies like Google, Rakuten come to campu...
