Fees & Scholarship
Know more
5 /10

My course fees for Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] is INR 81,000 per year means 3.2 lakhs throughout the 4years. I got 51k rank in EAMCET being an OC I can't go as a scholarship member. The scholarship is available only to the people who get rank and college in EAMCET There will be no extra scholarship provided by college an average of 50-60 percent will get a scholarship as it is an average college the people who got rank will be studying because they don't have any option to move on. As a student, I prefer no loan should be needed now. A student loan for an emergency purpose we choose crazy bee app gives student loan fixtures.

Placements & Alumni Network

5 /10

I have not done any internship in my college because they didn't even provide that facility for students. Therefore no stipend. Placements will be done through the cutoff percentage and few big companies like Infosys, Amazon, tcs are rare when compare to small companies. Highest package in our college is INR 9 lakhs per annum am average of INR 3-5 lakhs can be expected according to the company. Sorry I have no idea about alumni.

Infrastructure & Transportation

Many hostels are nearby as around they are 6 engineering colleges .daily about INR 30000 students will be passing every day so hostels are huge and average of 4k will be charged, Food is not much better and cost of meal is 60-70 rs Quality of classroom will be good ,labs are neat and sometimes systems don't work, they are no dining halls and college wifi is available but no network everytime and gets connected in rare cases.

Clubs & Associations

They are about 2-3 clubs and the events off all our college were controlled by them they give the opportunity to every student as per on their interest Tech sports, cultural events and management conduct sports every year and residing colleges will be our competitive Life is good sometimes but feels somewhat missing so its an average.

ACADEMICS & FACULTY: Like hundreds of engineering institutes in the country, St. Peter's Engineering College (SPEC) falls behind when it comes to providing admirable teachers. First years experience satisfactory teaching in more than half the subjects but in the later years the quality of education deteriorates severely. Except the CSE department (and the IT department to some extent), all other departments are said to have an acute shortage of good teachers. Some even face trouble communicating in fluent English and often switch to regional languages.
