Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Mechanical Engineering), batch of 2014 8/10
ACADEMICS & FACULTY:
  • The time table of my mechanical engineering department was well planned. It was never a hectic full tight back to back lectures schedule.

ACADEMICS & FACULTY:
  • Academics is good at Maharashtra Institute of Technology but the faculty is not so good. Most of them are under-qualified to be a teacher at high school. My department did not have even a single professor who had Industrial experience.

PLACEMENTS & ALUMNI NETWORK:
  • The usual suspects (Infosys, TCS) grab students in numbers, but MIT also has Microsoft and Deloitte picking up a few students.
  • Global leader Shell recruits Petroleum students in bulk too.
  • MIT offers nearly 100%...
