Our classes start in the morning at 8:30 am and extends till 3 pm, we have 1-hour lunch break in between. We have a mid-semester and a final end semester exam every semester. We get assignments for each subject and we have to do a project in our final semester. The quality and method of teaching are excellent. The overall experience of college is awesome.

My course fee per year is Rs. 3 lakhs. There are options for scholarships available and the student who is the topper in each semester gets a certain amount of scholarship. Loans might be needed and they are easily available from any bank.

We need to do internships for proper completion of the degree. This adds to our experience and helps in our dissertation as well as placements. You can intern at various food and pharma companies as well as in research labs. Companies like anthem biosciences, nestle, Novozymes and various other companies and labs hire from our campus. Average salary figure per year is Rs. 3 lakh per annum and the highest salary until now is Rs. 25 lakh per annum.

There are separate hostels for girls and boys, a.c rooms are also provided. We have to pay hostel fees for 6 months together which is Rs. 35,000/-. There are good PG options available outside college campus but I would say hostel facilities are much better. You have access to free wifi 24 hours in the hostel as well as in college. The food in college is good and it costs only Rs. 50/- per meal. The classrooms, Labs, Libraries are all well equipped with AC and wifi. Proper furnishing and computers are provided in every classroom.

There are various student societies in our college that include filmmaking, fashion designing, dancing, music, cookery, robotics, NSS. The main festival on campus is the KIIT Fest which is an event that goes on for five days and includes different types of events from various fields. The life in college is great you get to learn and explore a lot.

My college has provided us with great facilities for proper education. Introduced us to latest technologies related to biotechnology. The eligibility criteria is simple, we must have aggregate 55% marks in physics, chemistry, biology, and English. Application form for the college is free and the admission criteria is also simple. You have to face the entrance exam taken by the college which is KIITEE. The cutoff is 55% aggregate marks in physics, chemistry, biology, English.
