Academics & Faculty
Know more
3 /10

  • For the first three years there were regular classes from 9am to 5pm. Faculties were really good they had proper knowledge about their subject but after 3 years administration didn't bother about us. A big number of good faculty has left this university, most of the current faculty here are guest faculty or those who did their from here and trust me they litrally don't know anything. Guest faculties just come here, take attendence and leave.

Fees & Scholarship
Know more
9 /10

  • Course fees is Rs 84000 per year.
  • Scholarship is available only if your parents income is less than 2 lacs then you have to submit only hostel & mess fee. If you come under this category you'll get scholorship.
  • It depends on you whether you want to take loan or not. One of friend got the loan but i couldn't because banks don't have any idea about this university.

Placements & Alumni Network
Know more
1 /10

  • It's placement committee is the worst. Forget about any kind of placement. When i was in the ninth semester a company was offering us 5000 monthly salary. After that another company HUAWEI came with the help of CETPA which shortlisted only two candidates that time from the three branches (EC, CS, EE) and after some time HUAWEI didn't even recruit those. So the thing is there is no on campus placement so you'll have to forget about the alumni network. Some of my class toppers which have CGPA above 9 took jobs offering 12k per month.

Infrastructure & Transportation
Know more
10 /10

  • Hostel fee is around Rs30000 per year and the mess cost about Rs 20000 per year approximately.
  • The only single thing in which this university can come close to any world class university is in its infrastructure, Hostels, classrooms, libraries etc. We had been allotted single rooms, high speed LAN etc. Classrooms and libraries are air-conditioned. I took admission in this university just because seeing its infrastructure, i didn't have any idea that my decision could be this much bad. I regret the day i came in this university.

Clubs & Associations
Know more
5 /10

There are many clubs in this university- Dramatics, Art, Music etc.

Abhivyanjana is the cultural fest here but administrarion doesn't have much funds for this.

Overall life here is not any good, i regreat the day i came here. I have done masters but i coudn't find a job which can give me atleast 20K per month.

  • This is a for a masters program in Software Engineering so the course daily schedule at Gautam Buddha University is quite relaxing but we were kept busy at all times regarding our major project and research work. Classes started from 9h and almost after 14h we are calling off the day with a few assignments to be completed at the hostel. There were two domain for Computer Science students to choose from i.e., Software Engineering and ISR and basically the students had complete flexibility in choosing a particular domain. Te...

Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] + Master of Business Administration [MBA], batch of 2018 5/10
  • The timings differ from course to course, and lie in the brackets of 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. It\'s a government university, where you are given equal opportunity to zeal and improve accordingly. The quality of teaching is not worth, which is common in all government univerities.
  • My experience in the college is quite good, compulsary hostel makes it worth which I think is necessary once in lifetime.
  • It\'s all inclusive of 1,40,000(tution fee, hostel fee and mess food), scholarships are only available...
