Class timings are 9:00 am-5:00 pm every day with weekends off, loads of assignments and exam occurring in between. Quality and method of teaching are okay not so good. Overall experience in my college except studies is fun so many things to do and play around in sports.

Fees for my course is INR 1.20L per year. No scholarship options for the students. If a student needs the loan for studies then he can get it easily.

 I haven't done an internship. Key companies are LTI and the roles are like IT. The average salary is as low as INR 3.18L. Alumni network just started last year before that there were no alumni of this college

No hostels in our college for students. Outside college, if students want to stay in PG then he has to manage his fundings and all. Food in the college is good but it's too costly. Quality of the college premises labs and everything is fine, not bad.

There are so many clubs in the college students can join different clubs according to his interest. There is one main fest called hysteria. Life in this college, in general, is not so much to talk about.

The eligibility criteria when I got admission was above 80% and above for my IT branch, and the last year the criteria were 82% plus for my IT branch. There is no entrance exam in this college. The cut-off for my course is around 78% till the last list is out.

  • The daily routine is hectic as timings are 9 A.M - 5 P.M or upto 6 sometimes. One cannot bunk much as 75% attendence is a must. Projects, assignments, tests are conducted stictly according to university rules.
  • Teaching is not bad except some faculties.
  • My overall college experience is good.
  • The annual course fee is Rs. 1.1 to 1.2 lakhs.
  • No scholarships provided except for the reserved category.

  • The college is quite strict on this front. 60% attendance is recommended. Parents are called to meet the teachers and extra assignments are given to the defaulters.
  •  Faculty at Don Bosco Institute of Technology (DBIT) is average with mechanical being the best since most of the professors are good. Other departments have one or two excellent professors and one or two are said to be really horrible ones.
  • DBIT is a private-unaided institute.
