Amrita School Of Business has a trimester program. The sessions begin at 8:45 in the morning and can extend up to 6:30 pm in the evening. This obviously includes breaks. One thing you can be assured of is the high quality of education that is provided here. The faculties of various domains such as Business Analytics, Finance, Marketing & Sales, Human Resource Management, Operations are very experienced and teach as per the current trends and demands of the industry. There is a very high focus on Analytics and students are offered subjects related to analytics in each of the domains.

The students are trained to be professionals, they are made to present using through ppts on a daily basis. As I mentioned the emphasis of analytics in every department, students are made to learn tools such as R, Rattle R and Spss in their courses.

Also, there runs a colloquium program every week where guest lecturers and experienced people from the industry visit the college to share their experiences with the students.

The college provides separate hostel facility for boys and girls. Same goes with the mess for food. The PG students have separate hostels. For the students who do not have their houses within the 30km vicinity, it is mandatory for them to stay in the hostel due to educational reasons. The fee for hostel and mess is included in the college fees. Wifi facility is provided to the students both in college and hostel. The rooms in the hostel are twin sharing and each floor has students of their year and course.

The infrastructure throughout the college is good, classrooms are equipped with projectors and speakers to make it presentation friendly. The Labs are well maintained and the library is big and very well organized with internet facility and printing and Xerox facilities.
