UPDATE - RBSE 10th and 12th Supplementary Exam 2020 Time Table Released

Rajasthan board released the class 10th and 12th supplementary exam time table on the official website - rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in. on 15th August 2020. The class 10 board supplementary exams will commence on 3rd September 2020 with the Business Studies paper and conclude on 8th September 2020 with the final exam of Social Sciences. Similarly, RBSE 12th supplementary exam 2020 will start on 3rd September 2020 and will continue until 12th September 2020. The exams will be held in two shifts, the morning shift will be from 8:30 to 11:45 AM, and the afternoon from 1:45 to 5 PM. 

RBSE Class 10th  Arts Result 2020 released on 28th July 2020. The overall pass percentage is 80.63. 

Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) declared the RBSE 12th Result 2020 for Arts stream on 21st July 2020 on its official result portal - rajresults.nic.in and also on the board's official site- rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in Students can check their results by providing their RBSE 12th Examination "Roll Number". The results were announced by the Board Chairman D.P Jalori at 3:15 P.M

Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education released the updated time table to conduct the pending class 10th exams. According to the revised schedule, pending RBSE class 10th exams of Social Science and Mathematics were conducted on 29th June 2020 and 30th June 2020 respectively. Earlier all the RBSE class 10th and 12th exams that were to be conducted after 19th March 2020 had been postponed with no clarity on the revised dates due to the nationwide lockdown.

Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan abbreviated as BSER is a board for school education in the state of Rajasthan. RBSE is controlled by the government of Rajasthan and has its headquarters located in Ajmer. RBSE is responsible for advising the government on building policies related to secondary as well as higher secondary education in the state.

RBSE Time Table 2020

According to the RBSE time table 2020, the exam for class 10th and class 12th was released on the official website. The timing of the board exam was from 8:30 a.m to 11:45 a.m. No candidate was allowed to leave the exam center until the exam is concluded for that day. candidates should constantly check their RBSE time table to avoid getting confused between dates and subjects.

RBSE Application Form 2020

RBSE application form was available on the official website of the board - rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in and all the eligible candidates could apply for the board exams once the school sends the list of them to the board. RBSE application form 2020 for class 10th was released in November 2020 and class 12th was released in December. Application form instruction PDF was released on the official website. Candidates were required to read the instructions before filling the actual RBSE application form 2020. RBSE application form had to be filled under the guidance of the school authorities. All the details had been correct since the same details were printed on the RBSE admit card 2020 as well.

RBSE Admit Card 2020

The board released the RBSE admit card 2020 on its official website- rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in where the RBSE admit card 2020 is compulsory for the candidates to appear in the board exams. Board exams for class 10th as well as class 12th started in March 2020. 

Admit card contained important details of the candidates. Some of the details mentioned on the RBSE admit card 2020 are Name, Father/Mother's Name, Year, Dates, and many more along with the rules and regulations to be followed by the candidates. Candidates were required to check the details of the admit card and if any mistakes were found they had to get it rectified by informing the school authorities.

RBSE Syllabus 2020

RBSE syllabus gave candidates an overall idea about the board examination. Class 10th and class 12th syllabus were provided on the official website of RBSE. RBSE syllabus 2020 is available online as a PDF for the candidates to download. All the class textbooks were based on the RBSE board curriculum. Candidates were required to go through the syllabus carefully to understand the objective and motive of RBSE board exams.

RBSE Results 2020

RBSE 10th Board Exam 2020 results were expected to be published in the first week of June 2020. However, due to the COVID-19 lockdown, few of the class 10th exams have been postponed. The pending exams were to be conducted on 29th and 30th June 2020. Therefore, there was a significant delay in the announcement of the RBSE 10th result this year. RBSE results 2020 of class 10th and 12th are declared on the official website of RBSE board- rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in and candidates who are not satisfied with their results can apply for rechecking and will get the new results usually after 3-4 weeks after applying. The compartmental exam will be conducted for those who fail in board examinations whereas the supplementary exam is for reappearing candidates.

About RBSE

RBSE honors gold to candidates at various levels starting from secondary, senior secondary (Academic), and senior Upadhyay examinations and silver to those who stand second in the order of merit. Awards are instituted to the candidates and teachers by different personalities apart from the medals they are also honored with cash. It is usually given to the candidate who scores the highest marks in the examination or subject. Based on various parameters set by the RBSE best performing school is picked and honored with the Shield.

RBSE conducts various exams and all schools which seek to examine their schools need to get approval from the RBSE board and they should be affiliated to the RBSE. List of exams is given below:

Functions of Board

Affiliation is done only once the norms given by the board is fulfilled. The inspection of the school will be done by the board members post which affiliation will be given to the school. The Recognition Committee is formed which is a statutory body finalized by the board members to inspect the schools. Recommendations of the Recognition committee is finalized by the Apex Body. Specific relaxation of 2 years is given and 3 years of temporary recognition post which school will be announced affiliated to the board.

RBSE board conducts inspection every five years. Conditions for recognition and rules to be followed are formed by the RBSE board. 

Candidate development

1. State-level competitions:

To provide overall development of the candidates and build a great personality RBSE board provides opportunities to its candidates. Various competitions are organized at Block, District and State level by the board. Around four hundred eighty-seven scholarships for every academic year are awarded to the first three candidates in each activity given below:

  • Creative writing
  • Elocution-Debate
  • Quiz competitions
  • Drawing
  • Music

2. Talent search examination:

Various curricular activities are organized to identify the hidden talents of candidates and then special classes are organized to nurture their talents.

3. Personality development camp:

To build an overall personality of a candidate personality development camps are organized by the RBSE board to build self-confidence and positivity in the candidates of the merit lists related to the board examination. This camp aims at developing communication ability among the candidates.
