What is the Admission Procedure of NIET, Noida for B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering?

There are two mode of admission at Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology, Noida for B.tech Courses are given below,

• Admission through UPSEE

• Direct Admission

Admission through UPSEE:

Eligibility:

Eligibility for Admission through SEE-UPTU

• For admission to first year of B.Tech/B.Pharma, the candidate must have passed intermediate examination of U.P. Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board/University; Securing (i) minimum 45% (40% for SC/ST) marks in total of required subject combination (two compulsory & one optional subject). This combination is given in the information brochure of SEE-UPTU 2008.
• For admission to first year of MBA, the candidate must have passed three years degree course from any recognized University; securing minimum 45% (40% for SC/ST) marks in aggregate.
• For admission to first year of MCA, the candidate must have passed three years degree course from any recognized University; securing minimum 45% (40% for SC/ST) marks in aggregate. The candidate must have minimum 40% (35% for SC / ST) marks in mathematics at 10 + 2 level or at bachelor degree level .
• For admission to second year (lateral entry) of B.Tech, the candidate must have passed three years Diploma in Engineering course securing minimum 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 40% (35% for SC / ST) marks in mathematics.
• For admission to second year (lateral entry) of B.Pharm, the candidate must have passed three years Diploma in Pharmacy securing minimum 60% marks in aggregate.
• The admission for NRI and Kashmiri migrants will be according to the norms laid down by the Govt of UP/AICTE,
• This admission test is open only to the candidates who have passed the Qualifying examination from any institution located in UP. whose parents, Father/Mother are domicile of UP.

B.Tech	Candidate must have passed 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board / University; securing minimum 50% (45% for SC/ST) MARKS in required subject combination (two compulsory & one optional) taken together. The candidate is essentially required to pass without any grace marks.	Compulsory Subjects	Anyone of the following Subjects
		Physics & Mathematics	Chemistry/ Bio- Technology / Biology / Technical Vocational subject
B. Tech Biotechnology		(i) Physics & (ii) Mathematics OR Biology	Chemistry/ Bio- Technology / Technical Vocational subject
