The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) will organise WBJEE 2022 on 30 April. The board has now postponed the exam twice. Initially, the board scheduled the exam for 14 April and then postponed it to 23 April 2022. The board has now postponed the exam to 30 April 2022. Aspiring candidates can now view the modified information on the official website: wbjeeb.nic.in.
“The WBJEE-2022 which was scheduled to be held on April 23, 2022 (Saturday) will now be held on April 30, 2022,” said the authorized notice. The board will conduct the exam in two papers — papers 1 and 2.

Age Limit: Candidates must be at least 17 years of age to be qualified to apply. There is no upper age limit. However, for entrance to the degree level marine engineering course, the upper age limit is 25 years.
Educational Qualification: Contenders must have passed class 12 level with mathematics, biology, chemistry, or physics as core subjects.
The exam will have multiple-choice questions (MCQs). These MCQs will consist of four options each. Further, the exam will be divided into three sections – mathematics, chemistry, and physics. The council will deduct a one-fourth mark for every incorrect attempt for each question. The total mark will be out of 200.
