WB Primary TET Notification 2022 Out: Registration to Start Soon at wbbpe.org

WB Primary TET Notification 2022: The West Bengal Board of Primary Education (WBBPE) has released the notification regarding the West Bengal Teacher Eligibility Test (WB TET) 2022 exam for Primary Teachers (Classes 1 to 5). As per the WB Primary TET Notification 2022, the application forms for WB TET for Primary teachers will be released on Oct 14. The WB TET 2022 exam will be conducted on Dec 11 throughout the state of West Bengal as per the NCTE guidelines. Furthermore, the WB Primary TET Notification 2022 also lays down the eligibility criteria for the examination. Candidates must ensure that they meet the examination eligibility criteria before starting the application process. The notification says that the applicants who acquired the minimum academic qualification after the date of the release of the notice will not be entertained for applying.

Candidates who score more than 60% in the exam will be considered TET-passed candidates. A relaxation of 5% has been conferred for candidates belonging to the SC/ST, OBC-A/B, PH, ex-servicemen and Death in Harness(DH) categories.

Candidates must note that qualifying the TET exam does not guarantee recruitment for employment. Qualifying the TET exam is only one of the eligiblity criteria for recruitment. 

The purpose of the WB TET Primary 2022 exam is the recruitment of assistant teachers for classes 1 to 5. Selected candidates will be posted in Government Aided/ Government Sponsored/ Junior Basic Primary Schools in West Bengal.
