UPSC IAS Mains 2022: Union Public Service Commission is starting the UPSC IAS Mains Exam 2022 on 16 September. Those candidates that qualified the UPSC IAS Prelims 2022 will attend the UPSC IAS Mains 2022 Exam. Earlier, the UPSC had released the UPSC Mains 2022 admit cards for candidates to download on the official website.
Things to Carry for UPSC IAS Mains 2022 Exam
Candidates are advised to take note of the following points about things to carry into the Exam Hall:
- Prohibited items inside the examination hall: mobile phone, electronic device of any form including pen drives, earbuds, earphones, etc.
- A normal analogue wristwatch is allowed. However, smart watches, smart bands, or watch having complex mechanisms and other fixtures are not allowed.
- A black ballpoint pen
- All metallic jewellery or wearables must be left outside.
- A hand sanitiser and water bottle(transparent) are allowed.
Documents to Carry for UPSC IAS Mains 2022 Exam
Given below is the list of documents that candidates must carry to the exam hall for UPSC IAS Mains 2022:
- A printed copy of the UPSC IAS Mains Admit Card 2022
- A Valid ID Proof(Aadhar/PAN/Voter ID/Bank Passbook with attested photo)
- A passport-size photograph(in case the photo on the admit card is not clear)
- PwD Certificate(if applicable)
- Permission letter for Scribe(if applicable)
