UPCATET UG 2022 Round 2 Counselling Registration: The Uttar Pradesh Combined Agriculture & Technology Entrance Test (UPCATET) was on June 16 & 17. Moreover, the admission test is for UG & PG students who further wish to pursue relevant courses in institutes within the state. The results of the test were out on June 30. UPCATET UG 2022 Round 2 Counselling Registration: From Entrance to Admission
In addition to following the schedule, students must be aware of the counselling procedure. A step-by-step guide on the procedure is described below. Furthermore, this is the process of getting admissions to the participating State colleges.
- Firstly, students must log in to the official UPCATET web portal at upcatetexam.org.
- Once they log in, students must register for counselling by uploading the required documents & paying the fee.
- Next, students must complete filling out their choices, i.e., their desired institute and course.
- Then, the authorities invite students by sending a provisional letter. Subsequently, students must accept the invitation and pay the security fee.
- Finally, they can report to the institute and confirm their admission.
Documents Required for Counselling
Students must note that the following documents are essential for the counselling round.
- Copy of the UPCATET 2022 application form, duly attested by the administrator of the students’ previously-attended institute.
- Class 10 & 12 mark sheets’ attested photocopies.
- Attested photocopies of UG or PG mark sheets, as applicable.
- Domicile Certificate of the state of Uttar Pradesh which a recognised authority must have attested.
- Sport Weightage Certificate
- Character Certificate from the head of the last-attended educational institute.
- Five passport-size photographs with the student’s name & roll number written behind them.
- Students applying through reserved categories must produce relevant certificates. Albeit, the certificate must be issued after March 31, 2021.
- Two Bank Drafts – one of ₹ 500 for counselling and the other of ₹ 5000 for the initiation fee.
Note: Authorities will terminate the application of Students who do not – register for counselling, participate in the process, accept the seat allocation letter, pay the required fee, or submit false documents.
